Job summary

Private Advertiser in Mandaue City seeks an experienced Finance & Treasury Supervisor to oversee daily cash management, liquidity planning, banking transactions and loan facilities. This hands-on role ensures funds for operations, accurate bank reconciliations, and timely treasury reporting.

You will supervise treasury staff, coordinate with banks, and deliver cash position updates, liquidity reports, and internal controls. Strong leadership and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and liquidity skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and ensure funds for operations.
• Prepare short-term cash flow forecasts and monitor inflows/outflows.
• Coordinate funding for payments and disbursements.
• Oversee loan facilities, balances, drawdowns, and interest.
• Ensure accurate bank reconciliations in the ERP system.
• Maintain banking relationships and processing of transfers.
• Produce cash position and liquidity reports for management.
• Maintain treasury policies and audit compliance.
• Lead treasury staff with coaching and development.
