Job summary

Myvan Holdings, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Staff to support daily treasury and banking operations in Mandaue City, Cebu.

You will manage daily cash, deposits and payments, and monitor cash balances while ensuring accurate treasury records. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, with knowledge of treasury or banking operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure and liaise with banks as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably with knowledge or experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or banking operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to perform bank liaison duties and other treasury-related errands when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash and banking transactions.
• Prepare bank deposits and payments, and monitor daily cash balances.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate/updated treasury records and documents.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Perform other treasury-related duties and assignments as needed.
