Job summary

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to explain decisions to senior management.
• English fluency.

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Treasury Capital Manager to support key treasury activities, focusing on ICAAP reporting and capital allocation as we expand our features and footprint.

You’ll be assessing capital and managing market risks, like FX, interest rates, and credit. You’ll also own various treasury procedures and collaborate with our tech teams to make necessary enhancements to reporting processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning, enhancing, and building capital management and allocation frameworks (ICAAP)
• Managing group capital plans and reviewing subsidiary plans
• Supporting business decision-making and associated capital actions
• Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacyMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management
• Understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements in relation to safeguarding

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management, focusing on capital management in a financial institution or fintech
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICAAP reporting and frameworks, with the ability to present findings
• Expertise in forecasting/modelling and capital allocation/optimisation
• Knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts
• A solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act, etc.)
• Expert analytical skills with the ability to explain decisions to senior management
• Great problem-solving skills to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutions
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting standards
• Fluency in French
• A CFA, ACCA/ACA, and/or CertBALM qualification
