Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management, focusing on capital management in a financial institution or fintech.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICAAP reporting and frameworks, with the ability to present findings.
• Expertise in forecasting/modelling and capital allocation/optimisation.
• Knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts.
• Understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act, etc.).
• Analytical skills to explain decisions to senior management.
• English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own, enhance, and build capital management and allocation frameworks (ICAAP).
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Support business decision-making and related capital actions.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess capital adequacy.
• Maintain knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
