Your Impact on the Business

The Treasury Assistant plays a significant role in the financial industry, overseeing and managing various treasury functions, including remittance, Reconciliation of accounts, Monitoring of aging accounts , and other business support units. This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's financial liquidity, managing cash flows, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Treasury Assistance will work closely with team members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the treasury department.

Responsibilities.

• Implement and maintain best practices for remittance processes;

• Monitor and reconcile remittance accounts regularly;

• Monitor daily accounts receivable and deposits;

• Make recommendations for the suspensions of PRP’s;

• Ensure daily collections of the account receivables;

• Check and Monitor the daily collectibles from the PRP’s;

• Check and monitor PRP’s that are for suspension and for reactivation;

• Monitor daily collections from the Remittance Partners;

• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all treasury operations;

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls;

• Collaborate with various business support units to provide treasury expertise;

• Advise and support cross-functional teams on financial matters;

• Recommend project and process improvement ideas and recommendations together with team members;

• Participate in the execution of approved Annual Department Plans or Strategies; and

• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent field;

• Experience: Fresh Graduate;

• Skills: Advanced excel skills, and basic accounting knowledge;

• Working Setup: Onsite in Legazpi Village, Makati during Probationary Period (6 months). The candidate will transition to Hybrid upon completion of Probationary Period and

• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, Semi-Flexible.
