Seafood Source OPC in Quezon City is seeking a fresh graduate for an on-site accounting assistant role. The position is full-time and requires a Bachelor's in business and basic MS Office skills. You will join treasury-related tasks and learn cross-department collaboration.

You will handle collections, disbursements, and petty cash while maintaining confidentiality. Immediate availability and a warm, service-oriented attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business program (fresh graduate preferred).
• With at least 6 months related work experience as an Accounting Assistant under Treasury is a plus.
• Demonstrates a warm, compassionate, and approachable disposition in dealing with co-employees.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), and the ability to negotiate and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsabilités

• Receives, checks, and records collections from Credit and Collection, in preparation for lodge to the Bank.
• Prepares and releases all disbursements.
• Custodian of Petty Cash and Revolving fund.
