Job summary

Asian Development Bank seeks an Associate Treasury Officer to support IT systems development and financial projection modelling from its Manila headquarters. You will enhance treasury applications, perform data interfaces, and contribute to model validation while collaborating with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, banking, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years IT work experience in international banking operations, practices, and systems implementation.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server), ODBC and ADO, plus programming in C++/C# and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Treasury applications to support operations and initiatives.
• Provide end-to-end product lifecycle support for Treasury systems and integrations.
• Develop financial models for debt allocation, transfer pricing, and portfolio performance.
• Create Asset and Liability Management dashboards using BI tools and support model validation.
