Job summary

Asian Development Bank in Manila seeks an Associate Treasury Officer to provide analytical, programming, and BI reporting support for treasury applications, enabling system enhancements and reliable IT deployment. You will design and maintain treasury applications, support end-to-end lifecycle, develop financial models, and build Asset and Liability Management dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years IT experience in banking operations, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, banking, finance or related field.
At least 5 years IT work experience in international banking operations, practices, and systems implementation; exposure to investment or borrowing operations.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server; Microsoft ODBC and ADO.
Experience in C++ or C# and Python.
Knowledge of treasury core applications and financial markets.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Treasury applications to support business operations and strategic initiatives, including system integrations.
Provide end-to-end product lifecycle support for Treasury Department systems, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support, STP, and credit limits.
Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities to improve workflow.
Contribute to ADB-wide IT projects such as business continuity and IT security.
Provide daily functional support of applications, including data interfaces with market data providers, and troubleshoot issues.
