Job summary

Newfold Digital is seeking a Finance/Accounts professional to support bank reconciliations, transaction posting, and treasury reporting in a multinational setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with senior staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a similar role, a finance-related degree, and strong English communication along with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's or College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the same field.
• Experience with ERP accounting software; Workday is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Performs bank reconciliation of assigned bank accounts.
• Posts bank-related transactions and supports payment processing as needed.
• Provides treasury reports and scheduling updates, including daily cash balance and weekly updates.
• Assists senior staff in preparing reports and monitoring card balances.
• Adheres to company policies and ensures ethical conduct in all duties.
