Job summary

Kroll Philippines is seeking a Treasury professional to join our finance team. The role emphasizes cash flow management, inter-company settlements, and accurate accounting under accrual methods.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of treasury experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and keen interest in tax research. Excellent communication and a detail-oriented, self-starting mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• A minimum of 3 years of treasury experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of accrual basis accounting
• Demonstrate interest in basic tax research.
• Willingness to participate in multiple areas of tax, including foreign tax regimes
• Proven ability to utilize standard business software (MS Office), knowledge of tax research and accounting software a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience writing tax memoranda preferred a plus.
• A self-starter, detail oriented, possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Actualize and manage the cash flow file
• Ensure all cash transfers have appropriate documentation/reasons
• Compile invoices and provide settlement proposals for approval
• Initiate wires related to inter-company settlements
• Track and settle inter-company receivables and payables
• Prepare account analysis reconciliation for Treasury related accounts
• Open and close bank accounts
• Coordinate bank account signor updates with the banks and legal teams
• Prepare all FBAR filings
