Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of in-house loan lending activities.
• Conduct loan checks ensuring compliance with established criteria.
• Coordinate foreign exchange transactions and reconciliations.
• Monitor shared mailbox for timely loan-related communications.
• Perform daily reviews and proper filing of legal agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and arrange applicable fees for credit facilities in accordance with existing agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including financial institutions, and collaborate with internal departments on treasury- and payment-related matters.
• Support enhancement initiatives, including system testing and process improvement projects.
• Monitor bank accounts and oversee cash movement activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of treasury-related reports.
• Provide ad hoc support during team absences to ensure continuity of operations.

Job description

The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a critical role in managing the company's financial operations. This position oversees cash management, forecasting, and risk management, and supports the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. The role works closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of in-house loan lending activities
• Conduct loan checks independently, ensuring compliance with established loan criteria
• Coordinate and reconcile foreign exchange transactions, including alignment with trading tools and bank statements
• Monitor and manage the shared mailbox for loan-related communications, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours
• Perform daily reviews and proper filing of legal agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Conduct quarterly reviews and arrange applicable fees for credit facilities in accordance with existing agreements
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including financial institutions, and collaborate with internal departments on treasury- and payment-related matters
