You will report to the Sales Support Team Lead and contribute to sales operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in the travel industry is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good administrative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all services are properly confirmed based on requests from Destination Specialists.
• Input booking details into the booking system, maintaining data integrity.
• Accurately process and manage bookings with complete information.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, supplier coordination, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Review supplier contracts in the reservation system for accuracy against invoices.
• Collaborate with team members to support work plan objectives.
