Job summary

Gladex Travel and Tours Corp. is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee product development, pricing, and supplier negotiations for travel packages, tours, and promotions. The role includes managing airline seat blocks, inventory, and partner agreements while leading a team of specialists to drive performance.

The successful candidate will analyze profitability, coordinate with Sales/Marketing, and continuously improve workflows and SOPs to ensure high standards and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of travel packages, tours, cruises, and promotional offers.
• Ensure pricing, itineraries, supplier rates, and product information remain accurate and competitive.
• Review and approve product pricing, markups, and promotional releases.
• Manage airline seat blocks, inventory allocation, and product availability.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with airlines, hotels, resorts, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Supervise and coach a team of Product Development Specialists.
• Monitor productivity, deadlines, and quality of work.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching.
• Analyze package profitability, sales performance, margins, and inventory utilization.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve product performance and promotional effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and recommend pricing and product improvements.
• Develop and improve department workflows and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and service levels.
• Support process improvements through automation and AI tools.
