Festive Tour Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Travel Operations Assistant to manage bookings and reservations with 1–2 years of experience.

You will handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will coordinate with airlines and partners, assist in managing travel products and inventory, and support tours and attractions operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years in travel operations, ticketing, or reservations.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and travel docs.
• Experience in travel product operations preferred.
• Background in tours and attractions operations is an advantage or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.
• Process travel reservations and ensure booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor booking status, schedules, and travel documents.
• Assist in managing travel products, rates, and inventory.
• Resolve booking-related concerns and provide customer support.
• Prepare reports on ticketing and operational transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
• Will handle tours and attractions operations, including supplier coordination and bookings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
