Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Travel Operations Manager to lead a large client account in corporate travel. The role requires extensive GDS expertise (Sabre/Amadeus) and hands-on management of a team of 100+ staff, with a focus on ticketing, exchanges, and refunds.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of managerial experience in operations and strong client relationship skills, plus willingness to travel and adapt to WNS working hours.

Qualifications

• Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in WNS Eastwood Site
• Proficient in multiple GDS platforms including Sabre and/or Amadeus
• Extensive knowledge of international ticketing, exchanges, and refunds
• Experienced in managing large teams at least 100 headcounts
• Strong managerial experience in Operations
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in spoken English
• Strong client management experience
• Must have experience in managing either retail, airline, or corporate travel accounts

Responsibilities

• The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 1 – 5 yrs in Corporate Travel
• Must have 5-10 years managerial experience
• Candidate should have experience to identify the Auto Ticket reject reason
• Willing to travel across sites as well conduct client visit
• Willing to be flexible in addition to the WNS mandated working hours
