Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Ownership & Management: be the single point of accountability from intake to closure.
• 24/7 Service Continuity: manage communications and log data per procedures.
• Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: maintain timely updates with internal/external stakeholders globally.
• Complex Problem Solving & Escalation Handling: analyze ambiguity and make real-time decisions.
• Program & Account Execution: manage customer-specific operational programs and initiatives.
