Job summary

International SOS in Manila is seeking a dedicated on-site clinician to deliver high-quality medical and emergency care in line with our clinical guidelines. The role includes patient assessment, CPR and first aid, and coordination with local providers to ensure rapid access to treatment.

You will operate and maintain on-site facilities, promote OH&S compliance, support medical evacuations, and contribute to staff education and safety initiatives across our client sites in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and emergency medical care, including CPR and first aid, and manage early recognition and treatment of injuries or illnesses.
• Operate and maintain on-site medical facilities in line with International SOS standards.
• Coordinate with local hospitals, suppliers, and agencies to support clinical services.
• Promote and comply with OH&S policies, training, and safe work practices.
• Educate staff on medical matters and support medical evacuations as needed.
• Uphold International SOS policies, values, and continuous improvement initiatives, including occasional support for clinics in other locations.
