• Knowledge of local destinations, travel services, and booking procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings with precision.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and booking platforms.
• Experience coordinating with hotels, airlines, and other providers.
• Flexible, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with detailed information on destinations, schedules, rates, inclusions, and terms.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages per client needs.
• Handle reservations for hotels, transport, tours, and local services.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for bookings.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels professionally.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending reservations to close bookings.
• Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed.
• Promote local travel packages and upsell additional services.
• Maintain accurate client records, reservations, itineraries, payments, and documents.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with providers when necessary.
