Job summary

Vestas Philippines is seeking a Travel & Expense professional to support the Finance SSC. The role focuses on end-to-end T&E processes, reporting, and optimization, collaborating with Regional Finance and other SSC functions to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Travel & Expense, BPO/Shared Service experience, and SAP Concur knowledge, with strong English communication and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree in Business Studies/Finance/Management; accounting graduate.
• 3–5 years experience in Travel Expense and reporting in the same field.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Service environments; SAP Concur knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in improving and optimizing Travel & Expense processes.
• Execute T&E processing fully according to Vestas SOPs.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
