Job summary

Vestas Philippines, part of the global Finance Shared Service Centre, seeks a Finance T&E specialist to support Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and reporting. You will drive process improvements, ensure SOP compliance, and collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues promptly.

You will prepare daily and monthly reports, perform KPI analyses, and help train team members while managing the corporate card program, contributing to timely, accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Finance/Management or accounting.
• Experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) processing and reporting.
• 3-5 years in similar BPO/shared services roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in improving and optimizing T&E processes and procedures in Finance and Accounting.
• Execute T&E processing fully according to defined SOPs.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance and other stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and schedules.
• Perform analytical reviews to meet KPIs/PPIs for the function.
• Assist in training plans and knowledge sharing with team members.
• Manage the end-to-end corporate card program.
