Job summary

Chevron is hiring a CTREX (Chevron Travel and Expense) Accounting Analyst based in Makati City, Philippines. You will support travel and expense processes, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with global teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, strong communication, analytical and customer engagement skills. SAP/JDE/S4 Hana and PowerBI knowledge are a plus. Chevron offers a hybrid work model and growth opportunities within a global energy leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, customer-focused, and collaborative.
• Experience with travel and expense processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce Travel Policy 585 and PCard guidelines.
• Administer CTREX website changes and CTREX CBT updates.
• Manage expense/PCARD approver authority.
• Maintain card enrollment, limits, and cardholder data.
• Assist Global Security, Internal Audit, Tax and business units in reviews.
• Provide quality Helpdesk responses within SLA.
