Chevron Holdings Incorporated in Makati seeks a CTREX Accounting Analyst to manage travel and expense processes, CTREX system updates and cardholder governance. The role partners with Global Security, Internal Audit, Tax, and business units to ensure policy compliance and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, demonstrates strong communication and analytical skills, and thrives in a diverse, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related business field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with SAP/JDE/S4 Hana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce Travel Policy 585 and PCard guidelines and related procedures.
• Manage CTREX website changes, CBT updates and CTREX Newsletter communications via CTREX Spotlight.
• Administer card enrollment, revocation and maintenance of cardholder information.
• Assist in reviews with Global Security, Internal Audit and Tax.
• Provide quality responses to Helpdesk inquiries within SLA.
