The role requires enforcing the Travel Policy and PCard guidelines, managing CTREX site administration, and supporting finance and control activities within a global, cross-cultural environment. The position offers exposure to SAP/JDE/S4 Hana and PowerBI/PowerApps, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsabilités

• Understand and enforce Travel Policy 585 and PCard guidelines; know workflows and controls
• Administer CTREX website changes and CBTs; CTREX Spotlight communications
• Manage CTREX approver authority and access
• Handle card enrollment, cancellation, and maintenance of cardholder data
• Assist in reviews and investigations with Global Security, Internal Audit, Tax and business units
• Provide timely responses to Helpdesk queries within SLA
