Chevron Holdings Incorporated in Makati seeks a CTREX Accounting Analyst to manage travel and expense processes, CTREX system updates and cardholder governance. The role partners with Global Security, Internal Audit, Tax, and business units to ensure policy compliance and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, demonstrates strong communication and analytical skills, and thrives in a diverse, customer-focused environment.

• Administer card enrollment, revocation and maintenance of cardholder information.
• Assist in reviews with Global Security, Internal Audit and Tax.
• Provide quality responses to Helpdesk inquiries within SLA.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a CTREX (Chevron Travel and Expense) Accounting Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

• Fully understand and enforce the Travel Policy 585 and PCard guidelines which govern the use of the Chevron corporate card and employee reimbursements; understand other relevant policies and local practices; know the Travel and Expense as well as Purchasing card process workflow and recognize the rationale of each procedure, risks and applicable controls
• Administer CTREX website changes, CTREX Computer based trainings (CBT) changes and CTREX Newsletter communications via CTREX Spotlight
• Administergranting, revocation, and review of Expense/Pcard approver authority.
• Administer card enrollment, cancellation and reinstatement, change of card limit, and maintenance of cardholder information in systems being used
• Assist Global Security, Internal Audit, Tax and business unit representatives in reviews and investigations.
• Provide quality responses to Helpdesk inquires, requests and concerns within SLA

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and related business courses
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
• Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment
• Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP/ JDE / S4 Hana is an advantage, but not required.
• Knowledge in Digital Space- PowerBI, PowerApps, low code automation, etc
• Strong Accounts Payable background is preferred.
