Qualifikationen

• Experience: 2–4 years in travel or travel consultancy; experience handling escalations and direct customer communication is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo); proficient in MS Office and online booking tools.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently.

Aufgaben

• Offer expert travel advice on destinations, transportation options, accommodations, travel requirements and insurance choices.
• Handle travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, and tour packages according to client preferences and budgets.
• Manage customer service and escalations; communicate with travelers to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations; provide accurate information on travel regulations and entry policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to confirm bookings and logistics.
• Perform administrative tasks; prepare detailed travel documents and maintain confidential client records.
