Qualifications

• At least 1 year in the travel industry.
• Prior experience with difficult passenger cases is a plus.
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on travel destinations.
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, and tours.
• Resolve passenger issues and handle escalations.
• Coordinate with airlines and hotels for smooth operations.
• Stay updated on visa requirements for clients.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
