Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on night shift (4pm to 1am). This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Travel and Expense (T&E) Analyst is primarily responsible for the comprehensive audit and review of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with GM policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. This includes validating transaction accuracy, identifying discrepancies or non-compliant expenses, and applying appropriate audit actions in accordance with established guidelines. The Analyst also ensures timely resolution of inquiries and issues, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to the continuous improvement of audit processes, controls, and system functionalities to enhance operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness.
