General Motors Philippines is seeking a results-driven analyst to join the Global Ops CoE in Manila on a hybrid night shift. You will develop and maintain tools for the North American Sales Operations team, including dashboards and reports, and support training and UAT processes.

The Global Ops Coe in Manila is a developing team about world class delivery, customer support, driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function. Buick and GMC are global brands for General Motors and strive to provide our customers with world-class product and experience. As part of this organization, we are looking for someone to support our North American Sales Operations Team with various projects including the development, creation, implementation, and maintenance of tools that will allow us to grow market share. This could include, but not limited to, sales tracking reports, scorecards, contest ranking and reporting, key metric tracking, etc. Our goal is to provide our team with the tools necessary to excel in their performance.
Provide world-class support for the GM Sales Reporting function, including hyper-care activities and user access management for multiple systems, business partner support, daily monitoring, issue management support, and on-going reporting requirements sustaining multiple regions and functions. Support communication to our business users. Develop and present training materials to a global audience. Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience. Design and maintain re-usable test cases and test strings to confirm new functionality for current and future testing as well as create comprehensive test plans. Provide clear status in reporting during UAT for responsibility, escalation, and execution. Prepare validation evidence of test status through screen shots and test case progression. Update and maintain operations process, desk procedures and other documentation. Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field. 3+ years of relevant work experience in process transformation/developing reports and dashboards/ consulting. Working level knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks and KNIME. Demonstrated experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements. Detail oriented, with strong business acumen. Experience with Agile / Scrum framework is preferable. Experience in managing end-to-end test cycles is preferable. Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable. Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques. Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Google Workspace is a plus. Familiarity with SQL and Python programming languages. Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
IMPORTANT: Must be willing to work on the NIGHT SHIFT, 8pm to 5am PH time, with flexibility to adjust shifts when required.
