Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in travel and expense auditing or similar finance role preferred.
• Strong understanding of expense policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of expense management systems (Service Now, Concur, Oversight).
• Attention to detail and analytical skills; good communication and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Identify non-compliant transactions and follow up with employees for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and company travel policies.
• Maintain case documentation and meet SLAs for resolution timelines.
• Escalate complex cases to Senior Analyst or Team Lead as needed.
• Generate reports on expense trends, policy violations, and audit findings.
• Support employees with expense submission guidance and policy interpretation.
