Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects specific data elements from patient records (abstracts) and enters data into databases or registries.
• Performs validation checks for entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicates with hospitals and Clinical Quality departments to resolve documentation issues.
