Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily reports on transportation cost summary, pick-up time, number of parcels for supervisors or related parties to forecast the demand of transport vehicles support.
• Support and analyze route planning, traffic flow by region, transportation between branches, and key customer’s transportation. To be able to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
• Organize and clarify the route details with the supplier management team.
• Collect requirements and problems of operations from various departments to improve the transportation strategy to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Logistics/Industrial Engineer or any related course.
• At least 6-month(s) experience in transportation route planning for 3rd party.
• Open to Fresh Graduate with good data analyzation, MS Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
