Job summary

Te Connectivity Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Analyst to drive SAP‑based supply chain improvements. You will work with global teams to optimize master data, develop training materials, and deploy best practices across sites.

The role requires deep SAP experience (PUR, MM, MDG), strong project management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and SAP-based modules.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Procurement or Industrial Engineering with SAP knowledge.
• Experience in training, both classroom and one-on-one sessions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically & internationally (10–20%).

Responsibilities

• Recommend and deploy system solutions to improve Supply Chain systems.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews and implement SAP best practices across sites.
• Improve SAP proficiency and process knowledge across the organization.
• Create and maintain training material and knowledge content.
• Develop and train Supply Chain key user community.
• Develop business requirements documents and identify ROI for enhancements.
• Perform user acceptance testing and deployment of SAP enhancements.
• Promote and enforce Master Data governance.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues as liaison to Supply Chain and TE Information Systems.
