Job summary

TE Connectivity Philippines invites experienced logistics professionals to join our regional team as Transport Operations Specialist. You will own end-to-end transport execution, customs coordination, and performance improvements across the region.

Candidates should have 5+ years in transport/logistics, strong data analysis skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred). This role requires collaboration with Planning, Procurement, Finance and Customer Service teams in a dynamic

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in transport/logistics (manufacturing or forwarding company).
Strong understanding of customs processes and transport market dynamics.
Solid understanding of supply chain and material flows.

Responsibilities

Transport Execution & Operations (incl. Customs & Trade)
Manage end-to-end import and export transport operations (planning, booking, scheduling, track & trace)
Coordinate carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
Issue and manage transport orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Monitor and communicate shipment progress and react to delays, disruptions, and escalations
Ensure transport and customs documentation is correct and complete (e.g., export declarations, origin, shipping documents)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and international trade requirements
Maintain and update transport-related master data
Monitor forwarder performance in daily operations and resolve issues
