Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Management Engineering is an advantage).
• 1-2 years of supply chain process improvement experience; internship for fresh graduates.
• Familiar with SAP, PowerBI, PowerApps.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experienced in leading a team or program; strong stakeholder management.
• Must adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: analyze and refine Transportation workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Fleet Mix: review company-owned vs outsourced trucks and impact on costs.
• Implementation of Transport Models: propose and implement new transport models aligned to Route to Market strategy.
• Delivery Capacity Management: ensure logistics capacity matches required volumes with planning support.
• People Engagement: coach region and operatives on transport-related projects.
