Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Manager, Data Analyst to oversee the Forecast-to-Load data objects, data quality, governance, and load execution in a dynamic NPI environment. You will coordinate with global teams to support business planning and operations, ensuring accurate master data and timely data delivery.

The role requires strong data mindset, Excel/SAP expertise, and ability to navigate complex processes.

Qualifications

University degree in business management, data studies or related field.
Fluent written and verbal English communication.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent advantageous.
Analytical thinking and data mindset.
Relationship management skills at advanced level.
Foundational finance operations and accounting knowledge.
Design thinking and process improvement focus.
Proficiency with IT systems and data tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of data objects for Forecast to load in NPI ecosystem.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and timely delivery.
Manage escalations with senior management and external partners.
Support workload distribution and performance assessment for team.
Lead change management initiatives and deployment of new services.
Drive data governance and continuous process improvement across data domains.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data in SAP and related systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and planning.
