Job summary

s&r career page seeks a Strategic Domestic Logistics Leader in the Philippines to own end-to-end logistics planning, engage internal customers, and deliver world-class domestic services. • Proficiency in route planning tools, fleet tracking systems, Google Sheets and Excel-based reporting.

Strategic Domestic Transport Leadership

• Manage end-to-end logistics planning operations, including internal customer engagement. Develop and implement strategies to achieve world-class Domestic logistics services and outperform

Customer & Market Focus

• Visit internal customers to understand their logistics needs, gather market insights and develop value-added services. Act as the primary logistics planning contact for Internal clients, actively promoting our services

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics planning team, setting clear KPIs and fostering continuous improvement

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement and Cost Management

• Monitor and control costs associated with fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance, and manpower.
• Analyze cost drivers and implement initiatives to improve profitability without compromising quality.
• Regularly report on budget adherence and identify areas for savings and optimization.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve delivery accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Track KPIs (e.g., OTD, delivery planning accuracy, On-time Loading adherence, cost per drop) and initiate corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Work Experience:At least 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation management
• Proficiency in route planning tools, fleet tracking systems, Google Sheets and Excel-based reporting
