Distribution Solutions Philippines (DISTRIPHIL) is seeking a Transport Excellence Supervisor to lead the company’s transportation operations, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-efficient product delivery across the distribution network.

The role emphasizes transportation excellence, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to boost service levels and overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation/logistics.
• Minimum 2 years in supervision/leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management System (TMS).
• Experience managing 3PL providers and fleet operations.
• Experience leading digital transformation in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize transportation operations to ensure safe, timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Drive route planning, TMS usage, KPI monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Develop and lead the Transport Team and collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements.
