Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
• Strong background in dispatching, inbound/outbound operations, and warehouse management.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in shipment tracking systems and logistics documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatching, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments.
• Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Coordinate closely with production, inventory, and transport teams.
• Monitor and track shipments and delivery performance.
• Ensure accuracy in delivery receipts and inventory records.
• Implement and maintain warehouse layout and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage manpower scheduling and team development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
