Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Transition Onboarding and Enablement Associate to support clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services.

You will help transition and manage delivery teams, optimize processes, and drive value for clients while developing technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Deep expertise in Managed Services delivery, including technical project management, architecture/design, and transition support such as remote connectivity and networking solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI, Microsoft 365, and Copilot, with the ability to advise on best practices and quality implementation across diverse technologies.
• Broad knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, GDPR, HITRUST, GxP, SOC/SOC 2, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and SOX.
