Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Transition Onboarding and Enablement Senior Associate to optimize managed services transitions and delivery. You will lead delivery teams, streamline operations, and drive cost efficiency while mentoring colleagues and building client relationships.

The role emphasizes applying AI, MS 365, and Copilot to deliver high-quality solutions and navigate complex client scenarios with professional standards across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience in related field.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Deep expertise in Managed Services delivery, including PM, architecture/design, and transition support (remote connectivity and networking).
• Hands-on experience with AI, Microsoft 365, and Copilot; advise on best practices and quality implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition and enablement of managed services for clients, focusing on optimizing processes and tools.
• Lead delivery teams in executing client support strategies and managing performance and delivery risk.
• Utilize project management skills to streamline operations and improve efficiency for client engagements.
• Develop and implement business process automation solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and operational excellence.
• Analyze complex data to inform insights and recommendations for transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and anticipate needs.
