Job summary

Virtual Business Partners Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to ensure high-quality, compliant financial advice delivery by embedding deep technical expertise and QA into the end-to-end process.

The role collaborates with Process Experts across disciplines to bridge knowledge gaps within the frontline, supporting Paraplanners and related roles. A hybrid work setup and ongoing capability uplift are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial advice documents (SoA, RoA) and compliance.
• Ability to review, coach, and uplift frontline teams on technical guidance.
• Experience applying QA controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Willingness to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end advice support and plan writing.
• Coach frontline teams with feedback and learning recommendations.
• Develop playbooks, guidance notes, and best-practice examples.
• Lead monthly updates on industry funds, regulatory changes, and market trends.
• Support process improvements and risk reduction initiatives.
