Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an Expert - Business Analysis to bridge B2B stakeholders and engineering teams. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle of requirements—from refining user stories to leading UAT—and champion quality and adoption through clear documentation and test scripts.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on BA/QA experience in Agile environments, strong documentation skills for non-technical audiences, and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence to support governance and SDLC traceability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, QA tester, or similar technical role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinating UAT.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and documentation platforms (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience creating documentation for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Refine, translate, and clarify business requirements for delivery teams.
• Lodge, manage, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Create test scripts and data for comprehensive testing.
• Lead UAT with proper documentation and deployment recommendations.
• Develop data dictionaries, user manuals, and project documentation.
