Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Capability Analyst Manager to bridge business intent and tech execution. You will refine BRDs into actionable specs, define acceptance criteria, and support end-to-end delivery with internal teams and vendors.

Strong analytical and communication skills, plus Telco domain knowledge, are essential in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will drive documentation standards, contribute to roadmaps, and help standardize complex architectures

Qualifications

• Refine BRDs and requirements into clear functional specs.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and business rules per requirement.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define problem statements to support solution design.
• Identify ambiguities, edge cases, and missing logic before delivery problems.
• Develop and maintain accurate functional documentation, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine BRDs and experience journeys produced by Product team.
• Define acceptance criteria and business rules for each requirement.
• Conduct requirement analysis and define clear problem statements to support solution design.
• Identify ambiguities, edge cases, and missing logic before delivery problems.
• Develop and maintain accurate functional documentation, standards, and procedures throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with internal teams and technology partners.
• Contribute to simplification and standardization of complex architectures and solutions.
• Adhere to defined processes, procedures, and governance standards.
• Participate in convergence and migration projects as required.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
