MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a Transaction Supervisor to lead a high-performing Admin team onsite at Libis, Quezon City. You will mentor staff, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, and drive accurate order processing and master data updates in the ERP system.

The role emphasizes problem solving, RCA, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations and AR, and a strong focus on safety and process improvement in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in admin or ops management.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams while managing competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; handle escalations clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of Admin Officers, mentoring them on process best practices.
• Review daily transactions and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee timely processing of orders, new customer accounts in ERP, and master data updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and AR to resolve issues and improve service.
• Champion safety guidelines and ensure team adheres to Safety Management System.

Your Role As a Transaction Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of Admin Officers, mentoring them on process best practices and ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage the daily review and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of transaction errors, providing strategic reports and proactive improvement plans to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee the timely and accurate processing of incoming orders, new customer account creation in the ERP system, and master data updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, AR) and the Admin Support Manager to resolve complex customer issues and drive continuous service improvement.
• Champion and facilitate workplace safety guidelines, risk assessments, and the Safety Management System, ensuring all team members operate within safety rules.

What You Need Non-negotiables

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in administrative or operational management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams while successfully managing competing priorities and delivering key outcomes.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations and explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in credit, claims, or billing-related functions (utilities, gas, or logistics sector preferred).
• Proficient in ERP and billing systems (e.g., Pronto, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and creating proactive process improvement plans.
• Familiarity with participating in or facilitating workplace safety management systems and risk assessments.
• Experience collaborating across multiple internal departments (Sales, AR, Operations, Finance) to meet strict service level agreements.
