• Calculates distribution fees based on agreed rates and terms with distributors and processes payments.
• Generates and prepares regular and ad hoc reports on distribution fees for management and auditors.

The Transaction Service Associate e xecutes end to end process of confirmation and settlement of corporate actions, collection of trust fee and crediting of investment income to clients’ accounts ensuring timely and accurate posting.

The Transaction Service Associate e xecutes end to end process of confirmation and settlement of corporate actions, collection of trust fee and crediting of investment income to clients’ accounts ensuring timely and accurate posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles the preparation and send out the daily trust fee report to concerned units on the scheduled date of collection and monitors outstanding trust fees and coordinates with the stakeholders to ensure timely collection.
• Prepare and sends out billing statements to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide clear and detailed breakdown of daily trust fee accrual and execute manual computation of trust fees upon receipt of the KissFlow (KF) request from Account Officers (AOs), Investment Advisors (IAs), and Client Service Officers (CSOs).
• Handles the accurate calculation of distribution fees based on the agreed rates and contractual terms with the distributors. Responsible for the timely processing of payments to our internal and external fund distributors
• Generates and prepares regular and ad hoc reports on distribution fees for management, audit, and partner reference.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Economics, Finance, Business, or any Business Related Courses
• Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills
• Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good inter personal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
