Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in Makati is seeking a Transaction Service Associate to execute end-to-end processes for confirmation and settlement of corporate actions, and to ensure accurate posting and crediting of investment income to client accounts. You will prepare daily trust fee reports, generate billing statements, and perform accurate trust fee accrual calculations.

Formación

• Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Economics, Finance, Business, or any Business Related Courses.
• Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handles the preparation and send out the daily trust fee report to concerned units on the scheduled date of collection and monitors outstanding trust fees and coordinates with the stakeholders to ensure timely collection.
• Prepare and sends out billing statements to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide clear and detailed breakdown of daily trust fee accrual and execute manual computation of trust fees upon receipt of the KissFlow (KF) request from Account Officers, Investment Advisors, and Client Service Officers.
• Handles the accurate calculation of distribution fees based on the agreed rates and contractual terms with the distributors. Responsible for the timely processing of payments to our internal and external fund distributors
• Generates and prepares regular and ad hoc reports on distribution fees for management, audit, and partner reference.

The Transaction Service Associate e xecutes end to end process of confirmationand settlement of corporate actions, collection of trust fee and crediting ofinvestment income to clients’ accounts ensuring timely and accurate posting.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
