Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries with a positive experience focus.
• Ability to escalate non-routine issues with judgment and prior experience.
• Familiarity with AI/automation concepts to optimize transactions.

Responsibilities

• Extract checks and remittances from envelopes and prepare items for processing.
• Enter remittance, check, and invoice information using an image-based processing platform per instructions.
• Follow routines to process, clear, and service transactions accurately and on time.
• Review processing instructions and maintain high attention to detail to meet deadlines.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to transactions and account activity.
• Escalate non-routine issues with clear details and next steps.
• Support continuous improvement with approved automation and AI capabilities.
