Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Ortigas is seeking a Transaction Posting Officer to manage renewals of fees and charges, temporary credit, and related balance adjustments.

This role ensures timely posting, accurate calculations, and resolution of adjustment cases; you will handle installment transfers between accounts as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and at least two years in banking; onsite work in Ortigas.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Receives all approved requests and ensures timely and accurate posting and adjustments of fees and/or charges

Ensures that all cases received for adjustment are all accounted and resolved

Processes Call Center referral cases on installment accelerations and transfer of existing installment transaction to corresponding new accounts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or relevant courses

At least two (2) years of relevant work experience preferably in a credit card company or banking institution

Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
