Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Transaction Management function. You will oversee a team of 10 officers handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Lease Administration and other transaction-related finance activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across local and overseas vendors.

The role requires collaboration with the Australian Finance team and key stakeholders, strong process improvements, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing AP and AR.
• Experience leading a transaction management or finance operations team.
• Experience with Australian corporates and ERP systems.
• Experience with MS AX or Dynamics 365 and Concur desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP, AR, and lease administration processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee creditor reconciliations and vendor payments for inventory and non-inventory transactions.
• Manage intercompany transactions and related finance activities.
• Provide administration for online exclusives business and other transactional functions.
• Coach and develop the Transaction Management team and drive KPIs.
