The position is Junior Officer level within the Institutional Transaction Banking Group, based at The Shops, Northern Bonifacio District, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an implementation role in banking.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, API/Host to Host, installation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Position: Junior Officer in Institutional Transaction Banking Group.
• Location: The Shops, Northern Bonifacio District, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Addresses the requirements of clients in utilizing the bank’s transaction banking solutions.
• Ensures that product/service delivery complies with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Conducts training for clients to ensure sufficient knowledge in using the bank's transaction banking solutions.
• Works with internal partners in promoting the bank’s strategy for transaction banking solutions.
• Contributes to the organization’s growth targets and ensures delivery of a quality customer experience.
